AWANA has some great “special teams” opportunities relating to events getting underway in the coming weeks that only require one or several times to serve! AWANA Grand Prix Pinewood Derby
Cut-out clinics – Sun Jan 11th 1-3pm & Sat Jan 24 9-11am
Needed:
2 people to help draw simple profiles
2 people to help run band saw to cut out the cars
Pit Crew Night – Wed Jan 28 6-7:30pm
Needed:
4 people to help weigh and modify cars to conform to overall dimension and weight specs
Race Day – Sat Feb 7
Needed:
1:30-2:30pm – 4 people providing same help as Pit Crew night for kids that missed
3:00-5:00pm – 4 people for various easy roles
5:00-6:00pm – 4 people for tear down/clean-up/arrange room for Sunday School.

Bible Quiz
Bible Quiz Training Period – Jan 21 thru Bible Quiz Day Feb 28
Needed:
4 Coaches to help with 2-3 children on AWANA club nights for 40 minutes at 5:20pm as well as Bible Quiz day
Bible Quiz Day – Sat Feb 28 10am-noon
Needed:
4 Hall Monitors (cannot be the quiz coaches)
